1-Submit Your Site to Google for Indexing
Search engines like Google use little internet robots to scan the world wide web and index billions of website pages every day.
Google will probably find your site without having to do anything but that is about as productive of standing on the sidewalk waiting for a taxi ride to show up in front of you.
You can speed up the indexing process by submitting your website to Google directly.

Another way is by using SEO plugins that are available through WordPress and submitting your sitemap to Google Search Console.
Once your site is indexed you can use the Google Search Console to submit each of your new posts for indexing through the crawl application with a process called “Fetch as Google“.
All this linking will help keep Google up to date with the changes on your site much faster than waiting for them to find the changes.
Google isn't the only search engine in town. Bing has over 25% of the search engine market so would not be a bad idea to head over to their “Webmaster Tools” to submit your site there as well.

Search engines rely on keywords within your website to rank it according to the type of niche or audience you are writing for.
Keywords can be single words or phrases that identify what your site is talking about the most. It can provide a good idea of what your niche is about from the common words or phrases you use throughout your site.
Search engines like Google will see trends in your content, posts, and topics and help direct traffic to your site if it appears the person searching is looking for your specific type of niche.
Having the right keywords can make or break whether your audience can find you.
Let's say you have a coffee shop. In your area, they may describe a coffee shop by the term "Cafe" so you may want to adjust your content keywords accordingly.
It is also important to indicate your location on your site to narrow down the search from a few million to a few hundred choices for your specific region.
People may do a search as "Cafe in Orlando".
Luckily there are tools available to find keywords that are not only appropriate for your site but some keyword phrases that may rank better than others.

It is important not to overuse your keywords in your content. Google can actually penalize you if you overuse them in your content.
The general rule is to use it once at the beginning of your post but then write naturally.
Google thrives to provide good content to their searches so they will not be fooled by tactics at repetitive keywords throughout a blog just to try at getting ranked the first page.

Meta titles and meta descriptions is the text you see on the search engine result pages to describe your site.
You can customize the meta information to provide a clear description of your website so the person searching can have a good idea of what your site has to offer to them.

A good SEO tool will provide you with details of how much information can be placed on the meta tag to ensure it is not cut off in the search result description.

4-LINK TO SOCIAL MEDIA
Search engines like Google appreciate sites that are interactive and active in the community.
The more active linking your site has the more Google may boost your site in the rankings, not to mention people will share your site with others.
Google bots crawl sites by the links, so the more links leaving and coming to your site the better chance your site will get discovered.
To boost your brand make sure to get your site on Google+, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram to name a few.
